Darren Farnden, Head of Sector Marketing

Putting its people at the heart of everything it does is an ethos which is proving hugely successful for the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform, as CityFibre is named as a finalist in six categories including the ‘People and Culture’ category in the Channel Champion Awards.

It’s one of six honours CityFibre is up for at the awards, recognising the dedication and achievements of the company’s sales, sales support, marketing and executive leadership teams.

The Channel Champion Awards, previously known as the Comms Dealer Sales & Marketing Awards, were recently rebranded to expand their recognition to a wider range of teams and organisations across the channel and acknowledge their contributions to their organisations’ success.

CityFibre has been nominated in the following categories:

  • Vendor/Distributor Sales & Account Management Team
  • Vendor/Distributor Marketing Team
  • Vendor/Distributor Sales Support Team
  • Vendor/Distributor Executive Leadership Team
  • Vendor/Distributor People & Culture Team
  • Event Champions

Commenting on the impressive number of nominations, Darren Farnden, CityFibre’s Head of Sector Marketing said: “We are of course delighted to have received six finalist nominations in the Channel Champion awards and are proud to see so many of our teams recognised for their dedication, professionalism and amazing achievements over what has been a tough year for everyone. We also look forward to seeing everyone at the event and catching up with our industry peers once again.”

The winners will be announced at a summer garden party in Regents Park on 1st July 2021. To find out more about the Channel Champion awards visit: https://www.channel-champions.com/.
